Mushroom Cooking Gudeg Spice

Gudeg is one of the traditional foods from the Special Region of Yogyakarta, in Central Java, Indonesia. Warm made from young jackfruit cooked with coconut milk and it takes hours to cook this warm. Brown color on warm, resulting from the use of teak leaves which are cooked simultaneously. We use mushroom as a substitute for jackfruit, packed in cans with a contents weight 180 gram.
