Krecek Fried Sauce

Krecek is one of the traditional foods from the Special Region of Yogyakarta, in Central Java, Indonesia. Krecek is made from dried cowhide and cooked with fried chili sauce. Gudeg and krecek are usually served together, packed in cans with a contents weight 170 gram.
